At the general assembly of the French Association of Competition Studies (AFEC) held on July 7, 2022, Laurent Benzoni gave a conference entitled “An economist’s view on recent evolution in Competition law.” He covered recent developments on calculating damages in Private enforcement, the effectiveness of market share thresholds in Block Exemptions – Vertical Agreements (2022/720), and how methods defining relevant markets are changing.
