TERA Consultants helped Mexico’s Federal Telecommunications Institute (Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones) develop a new fixed network cost model.
After a public consultation during the summer of 2018, the regulator published the model’s final version with its specifications on 9 October 2018, to set the prices of the incumbent operator’s reference offer.
