TERA helps Croatian regulator, HAKOM update its margin squeeze model for fixed retail offers
Croatian Telecommunications Regulation Authority (HAKOM) updated its margin squeeze model for fixed retail offers with the help of TERA Consultants.
After a public consultation in June 2019, HAKOM published its final decision on November 20, 2019. TERA Consultants worked with HAKOM to develop the methodology and the margin squeeze model to continue following fixed retail offers, and monitor mobile service-related offers.
