TERA Consultants assists Ireland’s ComReg evaluate the net cost of the Universal Service for 2010-2015
Irish Telecommunications Regulator (ComReg) published its final decisions regarding the evaluation of the net cost of Universal Service for 2010-2015. TERA Consultants worked closely with the Irish regulator on this evaluation.
After several public consultations between September 2017 and April 2018, ComReg published on 18 April 2019 five decisions concerning Eir’s claims for compensation for the provision of the Universal Service, for 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 respectively. TERA Consultants wrote the evaluation report for each of these decisions.
