Pierre-Yves Deboudé is General Manager of TERA Consultants, which he first joined in 1999. An engineering graduate of Télécoms ParisTech in 1997 and holder of a Master 2 in Physical Sciences, Pierre-Yves Deboudé also held the position of Marketing Research Manager at Firstmark Communications France. He has managed numerous litigation, competition, and regulatory cases, as well as economic damage assessment assignments on behalf of public and private players in a variety of sectors (telecoms, broadcasting, media, energy, etc.). He has implemented and developed innovative methods for modelling economic costs and testing for foreclosure.
